Back on the road again. I am a single woman, and I’m always afraid when I break down. What am I gonna do? I don’t always have the money on hand for costly repairs and I’m not on a vehicle warranty plan. so when my car broke down between home and work, panic set in …What am I gonna do? I called my AAA Office for a tow back home when it was suggested that I take it to a AAA Approved Repair Shop. “I can’t afford that,” I thought, but I needed my car, and I needed to know the cost of the repairs. They suggested Holiday Auto Care off of South Colorado Boulevard. I met Mark, the owner, a tall and very friendly man. I am writing to commend this very nice man and his professional staff. I appreciate all the extra time and effort it took to make my experience wonderful. I cannot express how grateful I am. The bill came. I slowly walked up to the small window. I studied the bill. Mark explained everything that was on it so I could understand it. Now, not only is my car running better than ever, but I will never take my car anywhere else. I had never guessed that I’d learn so much about how my car works and what to look for to prevent a problem. Feeling rejuvenated, I head out the door with a spring in my step…back on the road again.

    I recently got my transmission and cooling system flushed and refilled. The level on the transmission is a very delicate balance and it was a little bit low. I contacted mark and he had me come in as soon as i could and had it reflushed and filled and his mechanic even showed me that it was at the right level before i left. Everything cant be perfect every time, but thank you holiday auto for your integrity and making things right. I will definetly continue using holiday auto for my car.. thank you

    Mark and the gang at Holiday Auto Care have been servicing and repairing my vehicles for years. When it came time for me to have the 30k mile maintenance on my Ford F150, I did not think about going to a Ford dealership, I had Mark and his technicians perform the servicing. It is seldom in this ol’ world when you find a auto service shop that you trust implicitly. Even if Holiday Auto Service was more expensive than a dealership (which it is not), I would still take my vehicles there because I trust Mark and his crews’ professionalism.

    Never in my life have I ever had such a blessing to be put in the path of a kinder, more benevolent person as Mark. I am over 1800 miles away from my daughter, who through no fault of her own, is driving a shell of a car, and a number of weeks ago, it just decided to stop working. Not being anywhere near to help, I was beside myself. Desperate for help, she reached out to Holiday Auto Care, and Mark came to the rescue. When he found that he was unable to fix the car himself, he put it in the hands of a trusted local transmission specialist, who also went above and beyond my wildest imagination, to get this sad excuse for a car, back on the road. When all was said and done, we were faced with a bill that we were not expecting. I had been out of work on disability and my daughter’s meager work study compensation was on hiatus for the summer. Hearing my distress, my fear, my uncertainty, Mark stepped right up and took the worry from my heart, by allowing me to pay off my debt when I was able to get back on my feet. He never once pressured me; instead, he checked on my health and reassured me that things will work out in time. I just could not believe my ears, and I couldn’t understand how he could be so generous and kind. Then he told me that Holiday Auto Care has been in business as long as it has, with the intention of taking care of it’s customers, and supporting the community. He said he had children of his own, and could understand very well, how important it was for me to know that my child was safe. There will be no way that I could every repay Mark for his kindness and compassion. He has restored my faith in humanity, and has given me a reason to believe that my daughter has a place to go, if in need, where she will be treated kindly, respectfully, and honestly. A mother could not ask for anything more. I wish there were more people like Mark in this world. We sure need them. I wholeheartedly recommend that everyone bring their business to Mark. You won’t be disappointed, and you will know that you will receive honest and fair service and kindness with each visit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mark!
